| Ans. | When you first join you will receive two emails. The one from 'webmaster' contains an activation link for your membership.
If you join and try to log in straight away it won't work because we need to confirm your email first.

| Ans. | If you have an active membership (remember your membership has to have been activated before you can log in) and you still have trouble, check your username and password is correct by clicking on the 'forgot your password' link on the login page. |
